Why Brain & Body Co. ??

Because, you are more than just a pretty face!

B&B Co. is a Medical Clinic in Guelph, Ontario. Owned & Operated by Nurse Practitioner Elyse Poulin, the clinic prides itself on providing high-quality, evidence-based, client-centric care and health education.

Without a doubt, we are all unique; however, in her time spent working as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine & Medical Aesthetics, Elyse discovered a similarity - that the positive perception of one's self often begins with a psychological transformation. She quickly recognized conflict can arise during this "transformation" when one's physical appearance is not reflective of how they are thinking and/or feeling.

Aware that the health and beauty industry notoriously monopolizes from this "internal conflict", NP Elyse wanted to offer an inclusive and safe space that would aim to holistically resolve it. The overall goal at B&B Co. is to offer a "BeYOUtiful" transformation where you can finally live the best version of yourself - physically and mentally.
